Delivery is FREE for UK mainland orders over £100 (ex. VAT)*
Delivery for UK orders under £100 is £5.99 (Inc. VAT)**
We make every effort to deliver your order within the stated delivery windows, but please be aware that we can't always guarantee this. Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address and a card will be left if you are not in. Please call the number on the card to make alternative delivery arrangements.
Are you outside the UK and need delivery to European countries? We are currently unable to accept international orders on the UK website (this currently applies to the Republic of Ireland too). However, we also have a separate EU website when you can choose delivery to a number of European countries. Click here to visit the EU website. Please note, you will only be able to visit and use the EU website if you are currently situated outside the UK.

Returning an Item
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged products, please notify us in writing or by email within 14 days of receipt of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on: (+44) 01254 589 550*
When returning items we advise that proof of delivery is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Please note: Do not send returned products to our Head Office.
If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. The replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, our total liability shall be limited to refunding you in full for the cost of the products (plus delivery).

Cancelling your Order
You may only cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel you must email us within 14 days of receipt of your items, quoting your order number. You must return the products to us and at your expense. On receipt of the products returned in saleable condition, a refund will be made. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used to place your order. Cancellation requests should be sent to email@example.com.
