Delivery (UK & Northern Ireland)
Delivery is FREE for UK mainland orders over £100 (ex. VAT)
Delivery for UK orders under £100 is £5.99 (Inc. VAT)
Next Working Day delivery for UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland) is £10.99 (Inc. VAT). The cut-off time for Next Working Day orders to be dispatched same-day is 12pm, any orders placed after this will be dispatched the following working day. For example, if you placed a Next Working Day Delivery order after 12pm on a Monday, we'll dispatch it on Tuesday so it will reach you by Wednesday. A working day is defined as Monday - Friday. Therefore, if you order on a Friday or a weekend, we'll dispatch it on the following Monday. We also can't dispatch orders on Bank Holidays.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the stated delivery windows, but please be aware that we can't always guarantee this. Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address and a card will be left if you are not in. Please call the number on the card to make alternative delivery arrangements.
Are you outside the UK and need delivery to European countries? We are currently unable to accept international orders, with the exception of Repubic of Ireland customers (RoI customers can visit our dedicated website at visionlinens.ie). We are working hard to resolve this situation and hope to serve international customers again soon.
Additional charges apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland & Islands.

Returning an Item
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged products, please notify us in writing or by email within 14 days of receipt of your order at email@example.com or by telephone on: (+44) 01254 589 550*
When returning items we advise that proof of delivery is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Please note: Do not send returned products to our Head Office.
If we are in a position to do so, we shall replace faulty or damaged products. The replacement goods shall be redelivered at our cost. In the event we are unable to replace the products, our total liability shall be limited to refunding you in full for the cost of the products (plus delivery).

Cancelling your Order
You may only cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This includes items ordered by you in error and items that are no longer required. To cancel you must email us within 14 days of receipt of your items, quoting your order number. You must return the products to us and at your expense. On receipt of the products returned in saleable condition, a refund will be made. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used to place your order. Please be aware that we are unable to refund outgoing or return shipping costs in the event of a cancellation. Cancellation requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
