January 2026 Service Update

We recently experienced some disruption to our warehouse systems, which meant that the order experience for some customers was not at the high standard we usually deliver.
We’re sorry for any frustration this caused and would like to reassure you that we’ve worked hard to get back on top of orders. Order processing is now resolved, and operations are back on track.
Customer service response times may still be slightly extended as we work through remaining enquiries but we are making good progress.
